![]() Simply crazy, either use the default or allow the user to choose it.Īllow the user to select the icon used for the menu. ![]() I removed Bus圜al and then it decided to use Sunrise. It doesn't allow you to choose which calendar to launch when clicking on the time - my default is set to the stock Calendar app but it wanted to launch Bus圜al. They will ignore the dock when sizing, then the dock will re-size afterwards. Make the scaling a sliders so that people can adjust the size to what suits them.ĭoesn't play well with other window management tools, like bettersnap etc. Some apps seemed to work fine, but others would simply not work.įeatures that need improving/implementing: It worked better once I aligned the bottom of the displays in the windows arrangement, but still wasn't great. The active app doesn't always seem to follow when you move it between monitors. The gap is much smaller when its positioned on the left or right, but still shouldn't be there. When the last non-favourited app is closed, there is a random space that should collapse, but doesn't. The original dock still shows in mission control and then sits in front of ubar - but neither are then usable. Might be something to do with running in Dock-less mode. I ended up having to use a terminal command to clear all the preferences etc to get it back properly. When you turn ubar off, the existing dock doesn't return. The dock is a little too small on retina and a fraction too big on non-retina, and there's no way to get them consistent. In climatology package the unit of ubar and vbar is in m/s. Is it calculated using following formula, ubar ubar + udz vbar vbar + vdz but in this case the units of the 2d vertical integrated momentum component will be m2/s (m/s m) because we multiply with the thickness of the layer. It positions the dock oddly in some scenarios, might be depending on window arrangement or mixing retina/non-retina displays. I want to calculate ubar and vbar using u and v. The app attempts to stop other apps from sitting behind it, but it gets confused on the non-retina screen and leaves far too much space. Its a wonderful idea, but just too buggy for me, and lots of poorly implemented features.ĭoesn't handle a mixture of retina and non-retina screens very well at all. $30 really seems like a lot to ask for a utility like this. I would prefer a simple unobtrusive star or square. When pinned to the side of the screen, which is my preferred location, the running app indicators (white line) remains below the icons, rather than to the side as in the stock dock. I can't deal with weird on my screen near-100% of the time. This blank space disappears if I run an app that isn't pinned, but looks weird otherwise. No way to pin all my apps without a blank space at the end of the dock between the pinned apps and the trash. So if I had Finder all the way in the first spot, Win-1 would either activate/run finder or minimize it if already the topmost window. Windows allows you to switch to (or minimize) the apps in the taskbar by order with hotkeys. But would prefer option to minimize instead. I really love that and almost switched to uBar just for that. I really want it to look identical to the stock MacOS dock, but be more configurable.Ĭan't control spacing icons are much further apart than on the stock dock.Ĭan set it so clicking on a running app in the dock automatically hides it, like Windows.
